Probably because she's 20 years old and pointless selfies is what 20 year olds post on Instagram. Looking at her during a conversation must make it feel like you're talking to a mannequin. Who knows she may grow out of it, but being surrounded by an army of ass kissing hangers-ons, management teams, and private personal assistants, for the last three years by the age of 20 that seems extremely unlikely.
