A settlement was paid to a female staffer that accused Chris Matthews of sexual harassment. I can't say I'm really all that surprised, just looking at his picture makes me want to take a shower. You ever smell those guys that smoke those giant cigars? I can only imagine that's what he smells like. If you want to know what I think other people smell like just let me know.
